Settlement Planning Services (SETPLAN), established in 1982, is a South African based consultancy group. SETPLAN provides professional services (i.e. planning, management and research) in the built and natural environments to the public and private sectors.
The SETPLAN group comprises a network of independently owned offices in the regional centers of Johannesburg, Cape Town, East London, Port Elizabeth, George and Kimberley. Whilst the group has the largest team of urban and regional planners in the country, it takes pride in its small office culture and the personal service provided to clients.
